Botox is a neuromodulator meant to relax movements in the facial muscles. Once muscles are relaxed fine lines being to smooth and eventually disappear.

Dermal fillers can be used to correct volume loss in the cheeks, under eyes, nasolabial folds (smile lines), temples, and the mid/lower face. Fillers can be used to augment the size of the lip, cheeks, and chin.

Neurotoxin injections last about 4-6 months before full movement is back in the area injected. The muscles will remain relaxed over the next few months and begin to regain movement around the 3 or 3.5 month mark.

Swelling after dermal fillers is normal and to be expected to begin within an hour of your appointment lasting up to 72 hours. The severity of post procedure swelling will depend on the area treated and the product used. Lips will swell significantly and can be improved by sleeping on extra pillows, drinking a moderate amount of water, and avoiding salty foods.

Bruising after dermal fillers or wrinkle relaxers is a common side effect that we try our best to avoid. The risk of bruising depends primarily on the area being injected and the number of vessels in the area. The risk of bruising can be lowered by avoiding alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) 24 hours before your appointment. If you do develop a bruise, oral or topical Arnica Montana will help diminish bruising.

When injected by an aesthetically trained, licensed medical professional, dermal fillers are indeed safe. All dermal fillers utilized at Endless Beauty Aesthetics Medical Spa are FDA approved and are injected by an APRN with extensive aesthetic training. Common side effects of injectable dermal fillers include swelling, bruising, redness, pain or soreness, and tenderness. These side effects should subside within 24-72 hours post procedure. Risk of a common side effect or adverse event may depend on the area being treated and your medical history and will be discussed as part of your consultation with your injector prior to being injected.

The dermal fillers we offer are not permanent. Depending on the area of the face and product injected, fillers will last anywhere from 4-18 months. Dermal fillers made from hyaluronic acid (HA), such as Restylane or Juvederm, can be dissolved if desired or necessary.

Your comfort is a priority. Everyone’s pain tolerance is different so it is hard to say whether or not injectables are going to hurt you. Botox injections are typically the least painful due to the small needle size and may feel like quick, tiny pinches. To ease your discomfort, ice or vibratory distraction devices can be used.

The lips are typically the most sensitive area when it comes to injectables. We always use a strong lidocaine based numbing cream before injecting. The first few pokes will feel like tiny pinches, but there is lidocaine in the product itself which provides additional numbing as the treatment goes on. Additionally to ease discomfort you may feel, ice or vibratory distraction devices can be used.

Results using dermal fillers are immediately seen. However, some areas of the face may require more than one session to safely reach your final goal outcome. Once the dermal filler is injected into the specific area, the area may swell for 24-72 hours and take up to 2 weeks to fully “settle”. Although you will see the presence of the dermal filler immediately, the final and lasting result is shown about 2 weeks post procedure. Generally speaking, we will tell you that the lips you see in the mirror immediately following your lip filler will go down about 20% due to the swelling.

The Medical Weight Loss program offered at Endless Beauty Aesthetics involves the use of Semaglutide (Wegovy). Semaglutide can be used for weight loss in individuals who are overweight or obese. It belongs to a class of drugs called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists. These drugs work by mimicking the effects of GLP-1, a hormone that helps regulate blood sugar levels and appetite. In the context of obesity, semaglutide can help reduce appetite and promote weight loss.

Semaglutide for weight loss is typically administered as a once-weekly injection under the skin.

The initial consultation includes weight + BMI analysis, lab review/ vital signs if applicable based on medication to be prescribed, diet and fitness recommendations, medication for weight loss. The price of the initial consultation does not include price of medication.

Yes! Our trained Nurse Practitioner will follow up with you monthly. This visit includes weigh in + BMI, vital signs of applicable, plan adjustment, and medication refill. Follow ups are mandatory for refills of medication. The price of the follow up visit does not include the price of the medication.

Yes. This can be done prior to initial consultation or after consultation (having it done prior to consultation will expedite medication being delivered to you). This will need to be done prior to any medication administration. (If you are unable to get blood work from your primary care provider, we can provide you with an order form for the blood work. This will be through Labcorp. This will cost $35).

There is no fee to cancel if cancelled within 72 hours of appointment. If you need to change your existing appointment you will need to do so on the client portal or contact the office directly to re-schedule or cancel. If you need to re-schedule or cancel, it will need to be done within 72 hours of your appointment. If you do not do so, you will be charged a $100.00 fee per the cancellation policy.

Credit/ debit card will have to be placed on file to book ANY appointment.

For our medical weight loss program, the initial consultation will require a deposit that goes towards the visit. Missed monthly appointments will be charged $150 if not re-scheduled or cancelled within 72 hours. Must call or email to cancel medical weight loss program.

• Wait 48 hours AFTER botox treatments
• Wait 2 weeks AFTER filler treatments
• Avoid Accutane in the six months prior to beginning your treatment sessions.
• Do not use topical agents that may increase the sensitivity of your skin such as retinoids, exfoliants (AHA/BHA), topical antibiotics or acids 5-7 days prior to your treatment.
• Do not take anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen, Motrin, or Advil for at least 3 days prior to your microneedling session. These will interfere with the natural inflammatory process that is critical for your skin rejuvenation.
• Avoid IPL/Laser procedures 2 weeks prior to procedure.
• NO unprotected sun exposure, or sunburn for at least 2 weeks prior to your procedure (and spray tans!!!).
• No waxing, depilatory creams, or electrolysis to the area being treated for 5-7 days prior.  
• If you’re prone to cold sores, take an antiviral agent for 2 days prior to and the day of the treatment.
• Avoid blood thinning agents for one week prior because bruising is a common side effect of microneedling (i.e., alcohol).

• The first 24 hours after the treatment is very important!!! Do not touch your skin for the rest of the day. You do not even technically need to wash your face that night, though you can rinse with warm water and clean hands. You should not apply any skin care products during the first 24 hours after the microneedling procedure — even a gentle moisturizer — because the micro-injuries need time to close and heal. Touching the area too soon increases risk of infection.
• Do not take any anti-inflammatory medications for one week after the procedure.
• Do not use ice on your face, and avoid using arnica/bromelain. These may interfere with the natural inflammatory process that’s critical for your skin rejuvenation.
• Avoid sweaty exercise right after micro-needling, as it can contribute to irritation and swelling while potentially exposing the skin to bacteria.
• Avoid sun tanning and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight for at least 2 weeks.
• After 24 hours, always use sunblock (30 SPF or higher) and wear a hat if you’re outside.

You may start your regular skin care products, once your skin no longer feels irritated (about 4-5 days). Most of our patients have noticed continued skin improvement over the months following their last treatment.

We recommend follow-up and repeat microneedling treatments every 4-6 weeks, with a series of 3-5 treatments depending on your personalized care plan. After achieved results, maintenance treatments are recomended about every 6 months!
