Semaglutide/ Tirzepatide are medications that have shown promising results in significant weight loss when used in conjunction with diet and exercise. They work by mimicking a hormone called GLP-1, which helps regulate appetite, food intake, and body weight. Work with our trained Nurse Practitioner 1:1 to develop a weight loss plan.

Medically Managed Weight Loss Program Pricing:

WEIGHT LOSS INITIAL CONSULTATION: $175

Includes: initial consultation, weight + BMI analysis, lab review/ vital signs if applicable based on medication to be prescribed, diet and fitness recommendations, medication for weight loss (does not include cost of medication).

WEIGHT LOSS FOLLOW UP VISIT: $100

Includes: weigh in + BMI, vital signs of applicable, plan adjustment, medication refill (does not include cost of medication).

Semaglutide: Price is based on week supply, dosage and what the pharmacy has available.

$75/Week ($299.00/Month)

Note: the follow up fee is included in the price.

*New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 0.25mg for the first 4 weeks. You may then move up to the 0.5mg dose the next 4-weeks, then 1mg for 4 weeks, etc. (max dose 2.5mg). However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up (price will depend on what dose and how many weeks). Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks on your current dose before you move up.
